It depend on what level of RFE you got and how strong is documentation. I need to check what reason usics mentioned . Not sure what option I have now .

Not sure will ask attorney . Previous employer had withdrawn the transfer and amend case after current employer filed the transfer . Previous employer case got RFe too . In current employer rfe , they attached Withdrawn request by previous employer amend case RFe . My previous employer messed up . I94 was valid till aug 27 from my first employer . I what option do I have now ? Attorney said they will review denial reason once they receive in 7 days .

Had to return asap and submit new application . And if premium open in feb then upgrade .

EE relationship for EVC model & don’t know why included speciality it was not mentioned in RFE. It’s all about documentation.

you have to file one petition. i saw people getting denial because they file extension and transfer together. homeland officers think you re trying to fool them and they re planning to approve they deny this cases and they re right about it.
