Any update?

No update yet, eagerly waiting.

I797C says received date=10Sep however USCIS case status website says received date=12Sep so changing it to 12Sep :(

Hi Any update after RFE reply.

Mine is also premium, already 11days gone after RFE reply, still waiting

@indiastatus, no update yet. I got email and message from USCIS that the RFE response was received on the 18th Dec. However both, old and new websites are still showing the very initial status which case received back in September. Eagerly waiting for the result. I will update here when I get it.

@krb2110 no update yet. Probably due to holidays my case will take all the 15 days. Is your case also currently within the 15 day PP period? If so when did it start?

Clock started on 19thDec.

I’m also in the same boat. 15 days premium clock started on 12/18. No change in status yet.

@Kumar.9 ... no update yet :( I hope there is an update by tomorrow because after that USCIS will closed until 2nd Jan.

@Kumar.9.... Cool many congratulations to you. In my case there is no update yet at old as well as new websites.

@Addison .. USCIS will be closed till Jan2nd? do you have the source for this news?

@krb2110 .. no it was just my view. 15 day PP period for my case ends on 1st. Now I realize that 31st is a Monday. So yes there is one more day apart from today (Friday) when my case could be updated.

15days PP Clock period includes Sunday and sat-day.. also 24hrs any time your status will change. This is what I know from other forums.
