I am also sailing in the same boat. Did you get this RFE yesterday ? Are you in India or in US changing status from one Visa to other?

Yes got it on 17th Dec and it for changing visa status. Currently in US.

ohh ok. I am also in US and mine is change from L2 to H1. what about you, is it from L1 to H1 or L2/H4 to H1?

Have you heard from USCIS about your 2018 H-1B petition? I'm in a similar boat as you, switching from H4 to H-1B. I sent the RFE response in Aug 2018, and have not heard back since then.
