Even though my application reached on 10th,it is considered as regular process by uscis. premium processing money is returned to attorney.

Dont know how long my company hold my FTE offer. :(

My case was transferred to another uscis office. Got text message yesterday

Did you read case history on https://my.uscis.gov/account/applicant? My case was updated on 9th January too and my case history says it was transferred to my local office and all other subsequent updates say case was transferred.

I have same history with same dates but I did not get any email saying action has been taken on my case like you. Hopefully, there will be some good news soon.

Yeah, on Jan 10th i got an email from usicis (noreply@) with subject Action has been taken, then i logged in to my account and saw new update as Jan 10th Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction.

Nothing make sense here

Yeah that is strange. Did you check with your lawyer? Have you moved on receipt or is your employer waiting for transfer to complete. I have waited till now but now my new employer is forcing me to join them asap but am still not too confident especially after this case being transferred.

Do you happened to know which center it transfer to ? I think this itself is good sign as transferred out of CSC have high edge on having quick result . As CSC still doing FEB-2018 applications .. I don’t have any hope on this regular thing just waiting on PP to open ..

My employer is waiting on the decision, i dont want to join on reciept. They are expecting me to join in coming 3 months. Lets hope this will clear soon.

Most of the CSC application transferred to Nebraska. i'm just assuming it went there.

Yup that is the only center which is fast right now I assume with lowest workload. Hopefully, this will be cleared soon but please keep us updated with the developments.

no update , i dont think it moves fast since my case moved to new center few days back.

Same here. My case also just got moved but my lawyer said that few cases will soon be assigned to some officer and can expect decision sooner than later.

vermont gets approval sooner than cal.this much long waiting may lose my fte offer too.. they hardly wait 2 more months i guess.

Yes. Earlier my employer agreed to wait till the transfer approval but now its been beyond 4 months and they are not ready to wait anymore.

Any updates for you today? I do see some movements in california cases today.

No update for me. My case is no longer California since its moved to other center. Which was the latest date got update in Calif???

I think there was some case from October which got approved today 10/26/2018.

my attorney got letter and mine is transfferd to Nebraska on 8th jan.

Mine is transferred to Nebraska too on 9th Jan. Hope for some good news soon.

I think might case got approved on 18th Jan. This website says so https://my.uscis.gov/account but https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do has not been updated. You would want to check too.

It did say approved earlier but now it just says "There was an error syncing your case. Try again in a few minutes."

I will keep you updated once I see some change.

Thanks. My application was received by USCIS on 12th September. You should expect something anytime now.

Cool, Mine is on 1th decemeber and our both cases are transfer cases and moved to nebraska. hope everything will be okay.

I'm non cs background. I'm not sure mine will go direct approval without rfe :(

@neel05 - Is the site still showing the same error?

I saw in other discussion forums when they got approval after that they got same kind of error, Later their attorney received a approval copy. I hope neel gets some positive news soon.

Got another email today that my case was transferred. Not sure if this is a system glitch or what. Does anyone else get two transfer emails for same case?

Yes to survive's question above, I got a 2nd email saying my case was transferred (1st email was Jan 18th late night, this one was today morning...)

Looks like the site is fixed. Also, my lawyer received the approval notice by mail.

Approved from Nebraska.. New website was updated but old has no update. Waiting on approval copy to my attorney
