So you got an RFE because you have an H1B extension application pending with USCIS from your current employer. Right ?

How did your attorney get the RFE details? By FAX or mail?

Company B Transfer case can be preceded only based on company A's extension approval notice

So what are you planning to do now? File your current extension in premium?

Even if I convert to premium I won't get approval notice on time..waiting to hear back from company B

I94 expired as my extension in progress I'm in grace period for 8 months
