Posted by My was rejected today. Its extension. EVC model. we submitted all paper work for RFE ( employee -employer relationship) but dont know case was rejected.
I was on full time employee for Employer A and terminated on August 1st so I did transfer my H1B to consulting company (Employer B) on August 1st week 2018..
Visa transfer was approved with 2 months duration i.e (Transfer was approved until October 18th) so I have worked with consulting company for August and September and applied extension and extension was rejected today.
Now Can I use old 797 (employer A) to transfer to consulting company C ? Old 797 was not revoked and it valid until 2020 June.
Please let me know if anyone knows.
