Received RFE today . Don’t know the reason yet. I was almost to resign and join new employer.now I will wait till it’s approved . Won’t take any risks.

Things seem to going on in a crazy order at USCIS. Your case date is of 10/16 and you have already got a RFE while so many previous cases from August onwards are still pending.
Anyway best of luck on the RFE results. Hope things will turn out good.
