Hey- Did USCIS received your package on 13th Jan 2019 and receipt # has been issued only on 18th Jan 2019?

The reason am asking is USCIS got my package on 18th Jan2019, but i have not got receipt # yet.

If you filed in premium then your attorney receive receipt number in email
For me Delivered on 18th and receipt generated on same day and email received on same day.
