FTE, MCA .Not sure of other details. I am changing from H4-h1B with approved i140

I am guessing it could be because of educational background(to prove its equivalent to CS) or status maintenance. Anyway best of luck and keep updating your status.

Not yet, Waiting for response from the attorney. Submitted all the information they needed from my side and Manager side.
