Was the case showing as transferred under myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov or on USCIS case status ?
How did you find about RFE? Did the online status change?

On both sites status was shown as case transferred on Feb 1st. On USCIS case status site I checked the status updated today, later on I got a notification too. Waiting for RFE to reach to attorney and then to me. On new site (myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov) status did not update.

My apologies. New site was only showing the status as case received not even transferred.

Thanks for the info. I cant even add my case on the egov.uscis and new site shows as received. Application was filed on 12/28. So no idea if it was transferred.
Did you get details for your RFE?

No details on RFE yet, as it was issued only on March 8th. In the next week hopefully I will get it. Whey are you not able to add case to egov.uscis site?

Yes it cant recognize the receipt number. Though I am able to add it myAccount.dhs

Did you know if the attorneys received the RFE document yet?

I do not think so. I am still waiting to hear back from attorney. I am thinking that they would have received it by now. However they have not reached out to me. May be today EOD or tomorrow.

It is regarding education qualification required for proferred position.

So if understand correctly your RFE does not fall under category of proving specialty occupation. Right?
Is your case being handled by Fragomen?

No, mine is not Fragoman. It is Envoy. Yes, I do not think it is under category of speciality occupation.

Please let me know once you/your attorney receive the approval mail. for me , it got approved on 24th May but still waiting for approval mail.

I am also still waiting for approval notice. I am hoping the attorney should have it by today. I will let you know.

My attorney has received approval notice for my case today.

What is the validity date on you visa? In my case the validity start date is back dated to 01/01/2019 (i.e. the day of filing) though it got approved today 06/13/2019 ( after rfe response evaluation).
And it valid upto 12/09/2019 so 342 days, not complete 3 years . Not sure if its tied to LCA validity

So validity is 01/01/2019 - 12/09/2021( 2 years 11 months)
