I am also in the same boat. Bachelors in Electronics & communication, with 13 years of IT experience. RFE received on March 8th. Attorney is still working on the third party evaluation of my education and work experience and certifications.

@srpankaj12 good for you. I had to make a choice between joining the company on receipt or losing the offer. however, i asked my old employer to hold my h1b.. which they agreed for a brief period.

What all docs did you submit?

yes i joined the company on receipt. i know that they have sent an expert letter from a professor and an org. chart, because they wanted my help in formatting the org. chart. Apart from that i have not seen the RFE nor saw the response that they sent.

Role is Senior Embedded Software engineer for an iot startup.

yes applied h4 biometrics done still not approved..

but rule for H4 biometric came after your filing date, right?

yeah... but i am not sure why my lawyer used the new form..

As i mentioned in this thread.. i have not seen the rfe response docs at all.. one thing i know is that they sent an org. chart.. and some expert letter from a professor..
