was that role change? What is your previous role vs current petition? They seems to put lot of speciality occupation RFE for the employee for role change. I am on the same boat as you are, waiting for decision though

Yes its change in Job title. I was in Programmer Analyst before and moving into Data scientist role but have few common role between old and new not sure what the RFE is about still waiting for paper document from USCIS. I got full time for a company where I was working as consultant before. All the best for you too.

Any update on the RFE?

The RFE is asking for documentation that I have been in valid H-1B status since the petition was submitted. The paystubs we submitted from November through January of this year are not sufficient.

My case was approved on April 15th 2019 @ 9:00PM CST - Checked manually in https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do and mobile app but there is no updated in https://my.uscis.gov/account/applicant portal.

How did you find about the approval then?
I mean what is the most reliable platform to get an update?

@Gowthi07 - don't exactly which one they update first but for RFE i got update on https://my.uscis.gov first and no update in https://egov.uscis.gov until they receive the RFE after that its vice versa.

In https://my.uscis.gov/account/applicant portal it was updated on b/w April 16th 9:30AM CST and April 17th 4:30AM CST.

Hi Vamsi, how about email confirmation to attorney, did they recieve it, how many days after case status updated?

Today, I got the hard copy of approved I797 from our legal team and it is valid from 4/15/2019 until 4/1/2022.

my case status updated to RFE on 22-APr but still didn't received the hard copy from USCIS. How many days it took for you to receive the RFE hard copy ? after status changed online.
