Both the reason for RFE was the reason for Denial too. Employer Employee relation and Specialty occupation.

1. SOC Code
2. Education
3. Job Role
4. number of layers (EVC) (this is important to prove EE relationship)
5. had you got your education evaluation done ? by whom ? I mean is it accredited by NACES ?
