USCIS site updated satus to RFE on 24th may. Waiting for employer to receive the notice.

Case was transferred to Texas service center on Apr 12. Received dependent notice in 4 days but employer yet to receive my transfer notice. Texas is also not listed in USCIS processing time site for I129 -> upgraded to premium on 14th Aug

received RFE on 24th May on USCIS site, waiting for employer to receive it.

employer doesn't share the details but has asked the below docs:
- passport, education cert, Client letter, SOW and manager letter

You have not upgraded your case to premium? what was your work location was it a client office ? or employer office or your home office?

I have seen most of the cases from TEXAS are resulting with RFE specific to the cases (Which were originally filed in Nebraska around in Jan and Then moved to Texas on Apr-12) ?

Any idea ? or have you guys noticed the same pattern?

No i haven't upgraded to premium.
Work location- client office.
Yes almost all cases moved from nebraska to texas went to RFE.

Did they send a NOID notice? and explain Why they did not approve?
