RFE is on Availability of Specialty Occupation at the End Client for the dates requested in LCA. Employer will submit the WO updated and Client letter from the End Client... This is much standard RFE now a days.

Last extension i got the same RFE and that only at that time my client started issuing the Client Letter. So it worked easily.. This time requested the updated Client letter again with latest timelines.. Hope it should go well. Being in contracting no client will issue Client letter for a period of 3 years timeline.. Have to see how it goes.

I got the same RFE. I have PO till Dec 2022, SOW and Client Letter(But client says Project Ongoing in Duration and does not state any end date, but it will have my roles and responsibilities and clear communication that her company has Right to hire/fire etc).

Client letter with no end date is fine?

If the Client Letter has no end date.. it should be at the discretion of USCIS officer.. Cannot guarantee what the output will be on the duration of approval. If possible get the maximum possible end date and words with (possible extensions...) kind.

I have Purchase Order till Dec 2022 from the client. Will this be ok?

If the PO is signed by the Client, you can make use of it along with the Client letter. That should work

Yeah client name will be there. Also I am bca/mca and got speciality occupation rfe. Does my company still has to get expert opinion letter?

Its not enough to have the client name in it.. It has to be "signed" by the Client like how it will be in the Client letter. That is what USCIS expects nowadays. And i have no idea on expert opinion letter.. should be your attorney to say about it.
