when was your initial regular filing date?

Initially filed on 31st Dec 2019.

I have upgraded to PP on March 5th, received RFE today

Reason for the RFE?
I am still waiting for any response from USCIS.
Today is the 15th calendar day and no update yet.

Any update? Did your lawyer receive the RFE?

Received RFE for Employer Employee Relationship/ Specialty Occupation/Maintenance of Status.

Yes responded on 20th May.

did u got response from USCIS.. Mine is also in premium on the same date.. but no response till now.

no response yet, but as per USCIS our cases will be picked from 8th of June. Hope to get result in couple of weeks. Please let me know if you get approval. Good luck.

Not yet but by Friday will ask employer to do enquiry.

No update , its too much. Neither returned premium fees nor given any result.

Same cases here as well.The RFE response received was May 19 and its premium processing but still no update on the result.I see many cases filed after mine and they already got the result .Not sure what criteria they are using in picking.
