@vkredi What documents did you submit in response ?

The reason for RFE was Specialty Occupation so the new employer had to provide all the evidence. They were planning to submit some of the following
1. An expanded job description: a more detailed/expanded description
2. Organizational chart: to prove that this position is under a unit that needs special skills
3. Previous job postings/advertisement for the same position, proving that it has always required special skills
4. Job postings/advertisement for similar positions by other companies/employers of comparable size
5. A copy of the other employees' diploma/transcripts and a pay stub (Other employees who have held similar positions)
6. Any additional documents regarding the company and the division

This is all so cumbersome and honestly so frustrating. The employers will naturally lean towards NOT hiring H1Bs and settle for less. I've been sitting on this offer for ~6 months now!

@vkredi and @jacks187 - Does the USCIS case status change online when USCIS receives the RFE documents sent by you?
