Yes.. it's normal processing..(not premium) and approved in just 28 days.. if you look at business days then it's only 3 weeks...
for me also its surprising.. but yes.. :) this is true..

As biometrics stopped now, just wanted to know if they processing I539 or not with out that.

@bharath1212 -I filed dependants extension as well.. but yes as everything stopped so we have to wait until everything resumes ...
