It may be 15 working days it seems. Usually they will respond within 2 weeks. They may not be considering on premium process during this time.

Yes, I agree !!
I heard due to COVID this is taking longer than expected and also if you see statistics there are few people getting approved who applied after me and there are people who is not yet approved even before I applied.. So it's just wait and see.
Also statistics says people who applied during April 15 to 25th they are looking now but again this is only Nebraska service center I am seeing.

Fingers Crossed !!
Thanks

Can you tell me what exactly your case is:
Extension? What is RFE about? Did you file on I-140?
Posted by favcker1
16 May 2020 #23
My case is I140 approved and CAP exempt (since I am outside of US now) . My company did not give details on the RFE but I think it
Posted by kingkhan1
16 May 2020 #24
Mine was I-140 approved and RFE is about to submit Project details, why travel is required etc..
As per statistics looks like Nebraska is fast for new applications (includes extension, new visas) but looks like RFE replies slow.

I can only watch and wait...

Thanks
