Update! Law firm informed today (09/21/2021) that they have placed the SR and should hear back from the USCIS around 10/13. They have also shared a request ID #.

Latest update!! Attorney forwarded the email from USCIS to my attention. The email is a letter of apology regarding the delay in processing the petition.

Thanks for sharing this. What was the contents of the apology letter. Is it the same as previous communication. Did they promise any timelines for approval?

It is okay to ask question, the content was simple, states that I-129 is currently pending adjudication. They regret that they are unable to provide a completion date at this time (no timeline) and mentioned that they apologize for the delay.

No. Mine is just H1 extension with June 7 RD

There has been quite a few approvals in my receipt range. But mostly due to late premium processing upgrades. Looks like USCIS wants our money to process our cases. :(

Yes, this is my concern that i haven't see any H1-B approval in month of November under normal processing. Only premiums are getting approved. However, some H4 and H4-EADs are getting approved from month of June and July.

I heard from my colleague that he had his PP approved along H4 and H- EAD. He was suggesting me to convert mine to PP, however, I have decided to wait till the end of December or may be for the new year.

Today, I have sent a request to the attorney's office to raise another SR to get an update on my H1B situation.

You can raise SR yourself. I did for myself two weeks ago. But no reply :(

You are correct, I did mine in 2015, however, got denied.

Even I didn't get a response on my enquiry. Last week I upgraded the case to premium and yesterday I saw online that case status got approved.
