When I communicate to Attorney - they replied as My petition is currently within the posted processing times. An inquiry may not be created at this time.

But - my receipt dt May 3.

Congrats .! When did you got an update, I mean when was it approved and when was it communicated . Is there any delay in Status updates from USCIS ?

Thanks, I got an email notification from USCIS yesterday 5PM ES, and its approved yesterday only.

I dont see any delay from USCIS case status updates.
