congratulations! Is your job for this application similar to the one you got an RFE on in 2019?

Yes same thing. 2 things that i can see the difference
1. We have different law firm handling the case (from small law firm to BAL )
2. It was very strict back in 2018-2019. There is a lot of scrutiny for h1b and uscis was issuing rfe for most of the cases

I would lean on number 2

today is my pending 14th, tomorrow is 15th, I think I might meet RFE, I also transfer from small company to large company, did not think will meet RFE, gosh, last time, how many days elapsed when you received the RFE?

You should be good. Check the stats on h1b approvals and rfe. Compare 2021 vs 2018/2019 and you will see the difference

I got an RFE for a new H1B in 2021, submitted June 21st, USCIS received June 22nd, and RFE issued June 29th.

Worst thing about rfe is lawyer usually wait until near the deadline to reply to the rfe

agreed, I was with a mid sized law firm last time, they didn't let me know I have an RFE until 13 days later on July 12th. I then sent them everything and they took 4 months to submit my RFE end of Nov. So stressful!
