are you working in consulting? have you submitted client letter?

my vendor proving only letter...no contract or service agreement. letter itself only specify duties and location, who will doing tax deduction. however silent about start and end date, extension, job requirement and employer/employee relation?

To me, this letter is of no use...please share your opinion.

Yes I'm in consulting but did not submit any letters apart from approved I-140, though I did get ready with the vendor letter just in case of RFE.

Thanks!

cpr2009:
Thanks for your response...wow you were lucky...your case got approved without client/vendor letter even though you work in consulting model.

Any suggestion on vendor letter? My Vendor is providing letter, however it is just covering location, duties and employer tax responsibility. It is silent about start date, end date, contract extensions, employer -employee relation, job requirement and right to control.

If your client is not providing a letter, I think you can try with Vendor letter itself. If you can get the contract Start date apart from what you already mentioned, that should be good but make sure you don't have contract end date (open ended).

well just 4 months...any idea why? if we take on positive side, at least it will give you another 4 months.
