on 7th year with approved 140. No idea how they see different address in the application - obviously we got the LCA for the right location and that is what given in the application too.

Is goof up related to LCA address? If possible can u tell what the goof up about?

It was not related to LCA address. USCIS didn't take the application as premium application until employer called them one week later.

How did you know USCIS didnt take for premium processing. Didn't you get email with receipt number after USCIS received ur application. Please respond.
Mine is 22nd August and 15th day is yesterday. Nothing heard from USCIS yet. Hence asking u.

What kind of employer model is urs? is it EVC? if so have u submitted letters from client and vendors?

is it EVC? if so have u submitted letters from client and vendors?: yes.

The receipt we received from USCIS was a normal receipt (without mentioning premium processing - they ignored the cheque given for premium processing). Then employer called them, and received a 2nd receipt that said 'premium processing'.
I guess they sent the RFE for my case right on the 14th or 15th day.

Did you not even get a receipt yet? or, you have not heard anything after receiving the receipt?
Does the receipt say Premium processing? 4th row from the top of the notice, below the beneficiary name "notice type: Premium processing"

If u submitted client and vendor letters then how come they issued RFE on employer and employee relationship? The receipt u received without premium on it is hard copy or email? I am really stressed now :(

We have submitted everything needed to show the employer-employee relationship. the RFE is as if they have not looked at those docs. People say that is common.
The receipt first received without premium on it was hard copy. We get the receipt notice via email (followed by hard copy) for premium processing.
your employer or attorney can follow up with USCIS by calling them.

How come u got for 2 years instead of 3? Have u asked for 2 years or ur client letter says 2 yrs?

That is all what we asked. Yes, client letter refers about 2 years project duration.
