did the same company who has your 140 apply for ur extension or a different one, I'm trying to find out if a different company can apply for 3 years extension using the 140 or previous company

Topic: EB 3 ROW Current in July 2013 Bulletin Gather Here

damn..got an RFE for my wife's application... stating "USCIS records show that you have a pending Form I-485; however er are unable to locate the underlying immigrant petition associated with your application for adjustment of status.
Submit evidence such as copy of an I-797C receipt notice, that you have properly filed an underlying petition.
