Is it Acceptance or "In Process" on their site? When was your case status changed to Premium (I mean as per their website)
My case is very similar but I see "IN PROCESS" since last 12 days after it was upgraded

Now it says Decision and it was made on 18th Nov 2011. you should be getting some kind of result soon.
