Nopes ...still under initial review....based on the other cases in the tracker looks like it will be very few apps submitted in Nov have been approved till now...

Totally 16,800 applications in Nov month. Most of the cases are moving and ball rolling around.My case is also approved today only.Don't worry , you will get it.

my employer withdrew the application, as per him the RFE could not be answered . I never got a chance to see what it was..
