When did you get your receipt number? How long does it take?

I'm not sure when hr received it exactly as I asked about it two weeks ago and they said they hadnt received it. So I asked again yesterday and said she had. I'm presuming I would have been waiting longer if I didn't ask. It normally takes about two weeks but I think there are delays in some cases. Mine is cap exempt so they have a separate office for processing those.
