HR said that they will send me the certified LCA Orginal by Postmail. I do not know what is means. I will update once I get it my 797.

Some time back HR said they do not have it yet. Now they say since my LCA is approved H1 B transfer will get approved in 2- 3 days. This is a American manufacturing company and They do not like me directly talking to attorney. I will wait for two more days and see and check with them again.

I dont know how they can apply for H1 transfer before LCA is approved.
