Did you received your receipt notice, if so can you please let me know what was received date on it and what is the notice date.

Received receipt on July 19, 2012. Now I am upgrading to premium.

I originally filed for regular on July 12, 2012. They sent a receipt dated July 13, 2012. I upgraded when I received the physical receipt on Friday July 20.

Well, yes it all depends on the employer. I have a very nice employer who takes care of all expenses, without fail. I think it's the best and legal way.

hey, congrats!!...my extension was filled around the same date on 07/23/2012. has your status updated online yet? mine is still showing under "Acceptance" since last 6 days...please let me know thanks!

Thank you! yes, the status was updated and an e-mail was sent to me and my employer that the case was approved.
