The status shows "Post decision activity". But the guys in my office Visa cell told it means it got approved.

Moved from "Initial Review" to "Post Decision Activity" in USCIS website. Don't know if that means "approved" or "rfe". Can any one explain me?

It will show Approved for couple of days, then it will show "Post decision activity" (i.e. approval notice mailed...etc)
