This is what the status I see now "On June 14, 2013, the 15-day Premium Processing clock stopped on your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER". Not sure if it got approved or got RFE. Waiting...waiting...waiting..:-(

Got "Notice of Intent to Deny" :-( :-(

Well, I see in the notice that " USCIS referring other petition which was filed in 2011 and got denied subsequently due to false information provided by consultant (not by employer) and asking my employer that the old petition has false information provided so why should we approve this petition and we are assuming that even this petition also contains false information."

This really doesn't make sense to me because I've all valid documents including Client letter (signed by my manager). Not sure how they relate 2 year old case to mine. Only thing I feel is that it's my bad bad luck. Don't know what to do now :-( :-( I got only 3 more moths on my I-94 with approved I-140.
