Hi,
I have also upgraded my petition and for last 8 days , i do not see any status change on USCIS ( It still has the same status that was with my regular petition). Documents were delivered as i know from Fedex tracking. wanted to ask Does Receipt Number changes when we convert Regular H1B to Premium Process?
