I was reading your post on someone else's case that you received RFE suggesting uscis thought you wanted extension for more than 6 years. I also received similar RFE where uscis said that it seems like you are requesting for extension beyond six years. Please provide proof that you have approved I-140 ...........
So my lawyer submitted my approved I-140 as response, instead of correcting uscis that the requested extension is for only 3 more years( total of 6) therefore , no need to see approved I-140.
Can you please let me know how you handled your case and how long it took for your case to get approval after uscis received your RFE response ?
