Its almost 115 days, any update on your case? did you call uscis to raise SR?

Raised Online SR for I765 on 6/16, Received response "Your application is still pending consideration. We regret that we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will complete the review of your application. "

Could not raised Online SR for I539. Apparently case is with in normal timeframe.

No Updates. Raised a SR 2 weeks ago but received generic response stating that the case is within timeline. Waiting another 2 weeks before follow up.

warrdil, Did you speak to Level 2 officer? They can say currently which date H4 COS applications they are processing.

I saw lot of H4COS+EAD cases from Feb 16th to Feb 18th approved around June 1st week in California center. After that approvals have completely stopped for H4COS cases. this is frustrating though, apparently USCIS doesn't give any reason for the slowdown or they don't update the processing timelines frequently.

Current processing timelines the processing dates as of Apr 30th which is of little or No use.

I did not raise SR for the I-539 and only did a Online SR for the I765. Hence, I did not speak to any officer yet. I agree the information available on USCIS website is not much helpful.Instead of showing which applications they are processing as of two months ago it would be of great help of they showed the approximate range of applications being considered currently.

I was a bit delighted when I saw the activity earlier this month. But then, as you said, there seems to have been no action since. I have another month before things get really desperate. Hoping this will resolve in the mean time.

any update on your case. we called uscis..they said CA center is processing Dec 2015 cases. Could be another 3 months :(

You are probably referring to the online status. But that is status as of April end.

@Warrdii No Update ? I called USCIS today and some rude lady (tier2) told me that it will take 6 months to 1 year to get an approval. Not sure whats going on. It almost seems it is stuck now. Now one Feb 18th and later with an execution of one, are all waiting for the approval. Did you talk to a tier2 officer ?

No Updates yet. It looks like FEB 2016 COS applications have been delayed for some reason. Because of which EAD applications have been dragging as well. Raised 2nd Online SR for EAD 3 days ago and got a generic response stating that the case is still pending consideration. Don't want to raise SR for COS because I want both the applications adjudicated at the same time.

Hi @Wardii, any update. I have the same USCIS receipt date as yours. It seems that most of the people who applied in on our date have got approval. Have you tried talking to USCIS or going to info pass ? Thanks !!

Nope no Updates. Still waiting. Raised Online SR twice already with standard response received (Pending Consideration). Did not call USCIS. Don't want to force anything by which the COS gets approved and the EAD not. I feel that everyone with COS + EAD is stuck. I have been tracking the cases on this tracker and the number of cases in FEB has remained steady at 7 since last 30 days. Shows basically no movement.

Hi Wadrii, any update? I went to infopass last Friday but it was basically useless. They read the same info of "We are currently processing Dec 13th 2015 application". I told them that even application submitted later than 03 march have been approved for COS + H-4 EAD, but they just had no clue.

Not sure why the application is stuck :(

Hi Wardi, my case got approved yesterday.

Hope you get your approved soon if it has approved yet. Try going to info pass and telling them ur case. I am not if that helped but that what we last tried.

Hello Did your case get approved? Was there a time gap between the Change of status approval and the EAD approval? or both the cases were approved at the same time? I would really appreciate your response.

Both cases were approved on the same day SEP 27th. Both my I539 and I765 were in RFE (online) but I never received the RFE on the I765 (Via mail). After multiple calls to USCIS, I was told that it was just an Online error and the only RFE was on the I539. So I made it a point to mention in my response to the I539 RFE asking them to consider adjudicating both the applications at the same time.

Now both the applications show Approved. But on my I765, it looks like the system skipped the "Card Production was Ordered" status. I am hoping that this is not again another Online error. Waiting for 10 days before contacting USCIS to see if it even changes to "Card was mailed status". Once I get the I797's I have have a clear Idea.

Received the I-797 (approval Notices) for both I539 and I765 yesterday. Waiting on the EAD card now. Card not mailed yet.

Raised SR on 7th Oct since I did not see any change in the status for card production or mailing. Did not receive any response to the SR. But instead, the status changed to card mailed on 11th and yesterday Oct 12th got the USPS tracking number. Am not sure if it was because of the SR (Dont think so) But I am close to getting the card on Friday.
