To be honest, I didnt say anything. Same old. My Info, My wife's info. EAC #. They acknowledged it was beyond the time limit and gave me a SR#. To my coincidence, the day we called..the same day the case status changed to approved. Nothing said other than the same typical answers.
if i understand correctly, i believe these people on the call center are just interns/newbies, take our info and assign a SR request, like a ticket. Thats it,, no resolution is provided on phone other than the request #.
