no update, one of the unlucky ones i guess. i see lot of people who applied later for cos get approved. you never know how it goes with uscis.

thank you for your concern. No, i am not upset. what has to happen will happen no matter what. not so desperate to get it approved immediately.

Hi @vivekskrishna, When did your status change to "card mailed"? My case was approved 10/4 and still shows "Approved".

Hi, mine is also in approved status. i guess for everyone it is taking 2-3 weeks on average to get the card after approval.

nothing yet. still approved status. I expect it to be mailed sometime this week.will update as soon as I get one.

Looking at other EAD cases it looks like 2 weeks or 2 weeks + 1 day for card to get mailed. Please do update when your status changes.

no update. planning to contact uscis customer service.

I called them and they said that it takes 60 days for the card to reach you. I told them that my wife has a pending job offer and the rep told me that after approval they cannot do anything and you have to wait for the card to arrive.

Hello guys , no point in calling CS, they always respond with default 60days time for everything ..once approved ,I assure u , u will get ur card in 14-20days time ...be patient and wait for it
U will surely get it ..don't waste time in calling CS

but if we get it too late then it would be of no use for the immediate need.

just like what arnavmote said. the rep said that it may take upto 60 days to get ead card after approval. we just have to wait. couldnt talk to a tier 2 officer.

looking back at tracker it suggests that in 2 weeks they post the cards. this doesn't seem to be true from 3rd oct it seems. it is a helpless situation where one can not work even when they are approved to work. Sad!

nothing yet. i guess it is destiny. if they want you to suffer , then uscis always has a trick up its sleeve . i was pleasantly surprised to see approval in oct first week. but then they found another way to make us wait. karma i guess

Any update yesterday. I saw some 4th people getting their cards mailed.

i got mine changed to usps picked up.good luck to everyone else.
