did you file though attorney or self ?. did they ask all the paystubs or just last three/four months pay stubs ?

through attorney. They asked for paystubs "prior to filing" we sent from two months before filing till my last paycheck when my H1B expired.

i have applied for H1 to H4 and EAD concurrently and got approval for I539(H4) as well as EAD(1797A) and both of them valid till Mar 2019. I have not received EAD card yet. Can I start working based on I-797 Approval Notice. USCIS has send EAD card to old address and USPS didn't forward it to my new address(Since I moved) and EAD card has send it back to USCIS. Now I need to raise e-Request to re-send the card. Mean time, I have got an offer from one of the employer.

Based on I-797 Approval notice, Can I start working?
How long does USCIS takes time to re-send it? Is there a way to expedite re-sending EAD card?

Was your I-765 application in RFE or your I539 application in RFE?

Follow up:
1) If your I-539 application was in RFE, what was the status of the I-765 during the time?

2) If both were in RFE, did you get 2 letters from USCIS asking for evidence?

Thank you very much in advance for a reply. It will help my situation a lot. Both my applications are in RFE (online status) but I have only received the RFE for I539 yet(In postal mail) asking for paystubs. I was wondering if I am to expect additional documentation request on the I765 as well.
