rmadhav, looks like something wrong with check amount or photos or documents. USCIS will notify you the actual reason.

2. No. Last week I expedited the case, USCIS denied the expedited request without asking any additional document.

Did you provided any expedited request documents that why you need expedition .. like any job offer etc?
I can see Vermont office is the slowest one and currently approving for 10 to 17th Jan applications

I am ready to provide offer letter, bank statements for expedition, but USCIS not ready to share fax number while expediting the request. As per customer care associate, will not approve or deny expedite request without any proof. Case will be assigned to officer and he/she will contact for documents. After couple of days, case assigned to officer and request denied without asking for any document.

One week back, contacted local congress man with offer letter, bank statements and denied expedited request. Requested to expedite my case with severe financial loss, Congress man office is working with USCIS regarding my concern because current EAD expires on April 1st 2017. As of now no update from USCIS or congress man office.

yes, EAD renewal filed with H1b and H4 receipts, but H1b and H4 approved on Jan 23 i.e same as EAD received date.

Hi P Sharma. My Wife EAD has name and surname flipped in. I need to send her EAD card for correction. She has got a job to join from 10th April. I need to meet local congressman to expedite the correction case.Can you please update me what is the process to set up appointment with congressman. Thanks in advance

Do a google search and find local congressman office in your city. Go to his/her website and fill the contact form with complete details about your case. Congressman office will contact you regarding your case and ask you to submit the documents about your case.

Hi Psharma - Mine also got approved on the 14th march and even got approval copy but not yet got the H4 EAD card. Did you get your EAD card ?
