Discuss H4EAD2020's H4 EAD USCIS Case

have you received H4 case number and EAD case number at the same time or there was a time difference in receiving case numbers in mails ?

H4 and EAD receipts were received on the same day.

My attorney called Service Center and was told that I-539s & I-765s are not being processed with I-129s (H1B extn) because of huge volume of premium processing applications. It can take up to 50 days for them cover backlog. 50 days window is not fixed and can be more or less (yeah, sure!).

I was checking cases received on March 15th. All I-539s are stuck. Stand alone I-765s are being approved. This is just an observation. Nobody knows how they prioritizes their work. We can only hope for quicker outcome. Hang in there.

Thanks good info. This is specially true for Nebraska center as they specifically deal with H1 extension premium cases. And I don't see any H4 and EAD case approval after 10th March by Nebraska center. Hope new H1 would not make situation worse

@ H4EADNBSKA - Is 50 days to cover backlog of H1s or H4/H4 EADs? And is it 50 days from today or from the received date on H4/H4 EADs?

today if I check case number LIN1713050330 to LIN1713050399 then many EAD got approved on 4th and 5 th April by Nebraska center. Looks like may people will receive approval notice in next few days.

@f12016 -- My attorney was told 50 day's processing time. I assumed it is from the time when USCIS received request. Confirming with attorney. Will keep you posted.

@banty -- Me too seen lot of approvals on 4th & 5th. Looks like there were all stand alone EAD renewals. I've observed 539s and EAD renewals attached with them are the only ones on hold.

@h4eadnbska this could be the case as i saw only very few H4 getting approved in last few days.....

if you see Nebraska center has started working on H1 premium petitions which were received around 28-29 March means at the end of premium filing deadline. so it looks like starting next week they can take up H4 and EAD cases as they are done with premium processing cases.

I put filters on Nebraska but can't find ps2me11 in either pending or approved. Do you know if he/she applied at Nebraska? If so, what is the "USCIS Received/Notice Date"?
