Discuss ctp81073's H4 EAD USCIS Case

Have you clubbed this with your spouse's any premium extension ?

Is this just plain cos and ead?
Mine is L1 to H4 and ead filed 17th march and no update still .I am curious to know how much time does cos take applied while staying in USA

As mentioned in the notes, my application is H1 to H4 COS + EOD. Though my notice date says April 14th. I came to know it only by Apr 22nd in the form of a mail received from USCIS.

As it's h4 and ead together filing does your case number given one after the other like 528 529 etc ? Are you still saying that h4 case is still not updated ?

@vv2017, WAC***529 is for H4 and yes, its still not updated yet.

on 5/08/17 i765 status changed to "Document was mailed". No change to i539.
on 5/17/17 i765 status changed to "Name Was Updated". I539 status is still showing as "Case received". I am not too sure any body had this type of status. appreciate any inputs

Any update? Did you get approval for I 539?

No change. I guess mine being status change(h1 to h4), it is taking longer.

Did you apply with future date for H1 to H4 COS?

@h1bneed, I mentioned 4/15 as I wanted to convert at the earliest.

@Ctp81083- did you receive your h4 COS? We have received My wife's H4 EAD & courtesy notice for h4 COS but havent received the original approval (h4) notice yet.
