Discuss sen1's H4 EAD USCIS Case

Hello Sen1,
We applied H4 EAD on 24th Apr and created the SR yesterday. They have given the reference number. was wondering is there anyway to check the status of SR? its been 6 days for you when you raise the SR, do you get any letter from them yet?

There is no way to check response online. I was told to expect a reply by 28th July

You should be able to track the SR. firs register and then add your case receipt number. Click on the Receipt number link then you will see case history detials on left side. Here you can see what happened to your SR.

hi congratulations. did you tried to create expedite when your case was in progress? did you get any reply of your SR ? I just want to know how it works as I am in same bot

I raised on 76th day but it has been approved 91st day. I really can't say if SR helped but i don't feel it will any -ve impact on decision.

It's been more than 75 days and still I haven't received my H4-EAD so I raised a service request. and I see the below message in reply when I login to my USCIS account and see the case history, Just want to check if the below message means, they are escalating the request

"On July 11, 2017, your request to have your Employment Authorization Document resent to you, referral number T1D*******VSC, was assigned to an officer for response."

can you please compare the message that is showing in your case

standalone h4 EAD
or concurrent h4 COS + h4 EAD?

I think mine is standalone h4 EAD

"My spouse has H1b and 140 approved. I am currently on H4 and I applied H4-EAD for first time."
