What documents are needed for H4EAD renewal.

Here are the documents i submitted:

1. Expired EAD card copy.
2. Expired H4 I-765 copy
3. My I-140 approval, and H1-B approval copy.
4. My spouse H4 approval copy.
5. Marriage certificate copy.
6. Fee payment. ...
7. Form I-765, Application For Employment Authorization. ...
8. A copy of Form I94, nonimmigrant arrival/departure record (front and back).
9. A copy of your last EAD (front and back), if available. ...
10. Two identical photographs of person applying for EAD.
