I see that most of the receipt numbers start with LIN**** but my wife's number starts with EAC***. The H1 and H4 renewals, however, begin with LIN*** and were approved on 24th May.

Any updates

Nothing yet. The RFE seems to have put my application at the back of the list. I don't see any approvals from the end of April yet.

U can raise a request?
Is it standalone EAD?
It's more than 3months

Couple of things here....the receipt date was issued after the RFE was replied to so that date is May 8. Are the three months calculated from the date on the notice or date of filing?

In any case, I called them once about a month back and was asked to wait. I have also requested the local congressman to contact them on my behalf to find out what it holding the case up. They were asked to wait 30 days for a reply. This was 3 weeks back. I hope to hear something next week. Will update when I have more info.

As to the other question about the standalone EAD, it was filed along with H1/H4 on premium. This was returned since the signature was missing. A very expensive mistake- Mine for not having checked the attorney's work and the incompetent attorney which seems to be the case for many of us here.
