today I received an email response for the SR raised on 85th day.
On October 31, 2017, you or your representative contacted U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) concerning your Application for Employment Authorization (Form I-765) to notify us that you believe your case is approaching committed processing time. The processing of your Form I-765 is within our current processing time. Please see our Web site at www.uscis.gov for processing times.
We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience.
I also got exactly same response.

Did you received same response today?
on Saturday but they mailed it on October 31 st
on 11/2 Congresswoman sent a follow up to USCIS. Today (11/7) congresswoman received a response from USCIS. It seems, as the case is pending over 90 days, they put my case into workflow and they mentioned that I should receive an update on my case shortly.
Congrats, which congresswoman did you contact? My case has been just "received" since July 26, which is so frustrating.
I contacted my area county congress woman.
