Name Was Updated - On March 6, 2018, we updated your name for your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, Receipt Number EAC1890025XXX.

Mar 12, 2018 - received approval notice for both I539 and I765. Also received EAD card with validity from Mar 6, 2018 till H1B validity.
The USCIS website still shows same status as earlier, does not show "approved" status yet.

Hi,

Did you see any status change saying " We mailed your card" before you receive the card

No there was no status like the one you mentioned above. I was expecting the same but I stated what happened.
Just to mention here, this was an H1B to H4EAD case.
