Did you raise any SR since it is pending for more than 75 days.

Yes I did raise a SR on 80th day, received a standard email saying "Expect a response to your SR by Feb 6th"

how do you get final confirmation that your case is approved after you create an SR. I created SR and SR is closed by my case status still says received.

I received a mail from USCIS stating "Case has been assigned to an officer", I received the mail on 1/22. Status changed to "New card is being produced" on 1/23. You might receive a letter from USCIS providing you an update. If letter says, Case is assigned to an officer expect a decision in 7-10 days. Good luck with your application.
