Got a response to the SR in Mail. It said the Case in within the Normal Processing time frame.
Is the SR suppose to be raised after 90th day or 75th day?

I believe SR on the EAD can be raised on the 75th day. Just ensure that your SR had the EAD receipt number (I-765) and not the H4 COS (I-539) receipt number.

Thank you for the information dhp270. I did raise the SR on I-765 receipt number. Guess need to wait and watch what happens.

Your case EAD process will start once the H1 to H4 COS is approved. You should hence count 75 days from H4 approval date. I don't know what is the current COS processing time.
