yeah I have heard if you file EAD along with h1b transfer in premium
OR if you are filing EAD along with H4 COS, then EAD is approved between 10 - 30 days.

Gaurav and everyone pls keep updating the status. My application received on 1/22, 60 days since then.
I get paid decently in India. Is it worth quitting job and coming to US on H4EAD. Any news if the approved EAD cases will be exempted from EAD revoke?

our application was received on Feb 12. So its been about 40 days which is what the new average seems to be based on applications here.

Gaurav - since its been some time for you what have you done so far? Talked to your lawyer or call USCIS or the ombudsman?

Just curious, can you actually get it approved from India?

my application was sent on 12th Jan, not 12th Feb. And I dont think 40 days is the new average. Its just subjective to the number of folks who have entered the information on this forum. Though I have informed my lawyer about this, i think we can raise a SR 75 days from the day you have sent the application.

I am not sure what you mean by get it approved from India ?
