Nope. I raised 2 SR's within a week span and both of them are closed by the respective officers citing no update yet.

By god's grace, after raising 5th SR my case if approved. I am not sure if the approval was based on the SR. On May 12th my EAD Form (I-765) status changed to "New card Produced" on the old USCIS website. I received an email and SMS notification for the same. H4 (I-539) status did not change on the website. I am assuming it might have been approved too.

Congrats on getting the approval. My case was received by USCIS on Feb 1st 2018, I received an update "My name was updated" on April 11th 2018. It has been more than 90 days since my case was filed. Did you receive any similar update before receiving the approval? When can I raise the SR?

I am unable to reply to this thread. So i copied the question here: Thank you. Is your's a standalone EAD? If so, you are good to raise a SR after the 75th day ie., you can raise an SR now as you are past 75th day.

Hey Congratulations buddy....my wait is still on...we have the same timelines...now have some hope ( no really) that I will get mine approved as well...
